Privacy / Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dassify, LLC. ©

This Privacy Policy describes how Daasify, LLC (“Daasify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with our website, business operations, and enterprise intelligence services.

Daasify operates primarily as a commercial intelligence, data orchestration, and solutions company serving enterprise customers. Daasify does not operate consumer-facing mobile applications or proprietary SDKs for the purpose of directly originating precise geolocation information, Mobile Advertising IDs (“MAIDs”), consumer transaction data, or similar consumer signals from individuals.

In connection with our enterprise services, Daasify may receive, license, access, process, curate, match, commercialize, or facilitate delivery of data and intelligence obtained from third-party data providers, customers, technology partners, and Principal Suppliers. Information originating from third-party sources is subject to applicable contractual, privacy, consent, and data-protection requirements. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of whether you use our Services via a computer, mobile device or other platform (collectively, your “Equipment”). It will notify you of the following:

  • What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

  • What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.

  • The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

  • How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, Sharing & Disabling

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  We use your information to provide you with products, offer you services, communicate with you, deliver advertising and marketing, or to conduct other business operations, such as using information to improve and personalize your experiences via anonymized data.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.  Some of our 3rd party providers use location as a data point to enhance your advertising experience.  If you or any user would like to disable or block the collection of any mobile device geolocation information, you or they can make this selection directly on the user’s device.

Information We Receive

Daasify may receive information through two principal channels:

Information provided directly to Daasify. This may include business contact information, communications, account information, billing information, website interactions, and information voluntarily submitted through our website or services.

Information received from third parties. In connection with our enterprise intelligence services, Daasify may receive or access information from Principal Suppliers, customers, service providers, data providers, and other authorized third parties. Depending upon the applicable service, third-party information may include pseudonymous identifiers, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP-derived information, commerce or behavioral attributes, general or precise location signals, and other intelligence or derived attributes.

Daasify does not represent that it directly originated such third-party signals merely because they are received, accessed, processed, curated, licensed, or commercialized through a Daasify service.

Browser and Universal Privacy Signals

Legacy “Do Not Track” browser signals are not necessarily standardized or legally recognized in every jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying universal opt-out preference signal, including a legally recognized Global Privacy Control or similar mechanism, Daasify will process such signals as required by applicable law. Consumers may also exercise applicable opt-out rights using the methods described in this Privacy Policy.

Rather, if you do not wish to participate in interest-based advertising activities, you should follow the opt-out process identified here https://youradchoices.com/ and here https://optout.networkadvertising.org and

Links to Third Party Sites

Our websites and services may contain links to other third-party websites and applications. Any access to and use of such linked websites and applications is not governed by this Policy but instead is governed by the respective privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites or applications.

We may receive information about you from other companies and individuals including, for example, business partners, subcontractors, advertising networks, social network platforms, analytics providers, and service providers. We may also receive information about you from other users if, for example, another user is engaging in transactions (selling or buying) on your behalf.

Your Access to and Control (IN & OUT) Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us, our services or our partners at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address given on our website.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and our relationship with you, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning personal information associated with you, including the right to:

  • request access to or information about personal information;

  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;

  • request deletion of personal information;

  • obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;

  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable;

  • opt out of certain targeted advertising or profiling activities where applicable;

  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable;

  • withdraw consent where processing is based upon consent; and

  • appeal certain decisions concerning privacy requests where applicable.

Daasify will not discriminate against an individual for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Requests may be submitted to info(at)daasify.co.

Daasify may take reasonable steps to verify a request before fulfilling it and may deny or limit requests where permitted by applicable law.

Location and Device Intelligence

Certain Principal Suppliers and other third-party providers may provide Daasify or its authorized processing partners with location, mobility, presence, device, or related intelligence. Where precise geolocation information is involved, Daasify requires its suppliers and partners to represent and warrant that the information has been sourced and made available in accordance with applicable law, contractual requirements, and applicable permission or consent requirements. Daasify does not independently control the collection interfaces, mobile applications, operating systems, or permission mechanisms operated by independent third-party providers. Where Daasify receives a valid privacy request concerning information within its control, Daasify will process the request as required by applicable law and, where appropriate, communicate applicable deletion, suppression, or opt-out requirements to relevant service providers, contractors, or other parties as required by law or contract. To learn more about these digital advertising practices, please visit the digital advertising alliance code. If you'd like to review or update your choices regarding the use of precise location data by third parties, you may do so via your device settings and/or the settings of their apps, or by submitting a request to us, at which point we may direct your request. Mobile applications that collect precise location information generally offer consumers choice mechanisms. Although we try our best, your request to remove such data via email may not be fulfilled and as a result may or may not be guaranteed removal as Daasify, LLC. does not own nor do they control any third party partner sites.  Again, a helpful description of many leading mobile platform choice mechanisms is available here https://thenai.org/opt-out/mobile-opt-out/
