Daasify, Inc. (“Daasify”) provides data infrastructure, identity resolution, analytics, and communications services (the “Services”) through its platform (the “Daasify Data Cloud”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

13. Use of Services

You may use Daasify Services for lawful business purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • misuse, resell, or improperly distribute data

  • attempt to re-identify de-identified data

  • use the Services in violation of applicable laws

 

14. Data & Inputs

You represent that any data you provide:

  • has been lawfully obtained

  • includes all necessary rights and consents

  • complies with applicable privacy and communications laws

Where applicable, data should be hashed, tokenized, or de-identified prior to use.

  • third-party platforms

  • recipient behavior

Accordingly, Daasify does not guarantee delivery, performance, or engagement.

Such outputs:

  • are generated using probabilistic systems

  • will be sent on your behalf to recipients via SMS or Email channels 

  • may not always be accurate or appropriate

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications.

All Services and data are provided “as is.”

Daasify does not guarantee:

  • data accuracy or match rates

  • campaign performance

  • conversion rates or ROI

 

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daasify shall not be liable for:

  • loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • outcomes related to marketing or data usage

This includes any reliance on probabilistic or modeled data.
